• Congestion and petechial haemorrhages can be seen in hypostatic areas.

 

  • Petechial haemorrhages

            - head / face - in floating bodies

            - legs - in hanging bodies
  • Passing urine, faeces and semen - As early postmortem change

 

  • Cyanosis in other form of death - Myocardial Infarction or as a postmortem change

 

  • Blood stain discharge from nose and mouth -  Late postmortem changes in putrefaction
