Opportunisitc infections in immunocompromised hosts, including infections due to Strongyloides stercoralis, Pneumocystis jiroveci and protozoa. |

- Medical Parasitology since 1996 in the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayawardenepura and University of Jaffna. Infection Module in Beyond 2004 New Curriculum at the University of Peradeniya.
- Visiting lecturer - Nursing and medical laboratory sciences students in the Faculty of Allied Health Sciences, Peradeniya.
