Faculty Of Medicine – University Of Peradeniya

	The workshop on role of reflection in medical education was successfully conducted on 5th January 2015.

	Resource person
	Dr. Chinthaka Balasooriya Director, Medical Education development School of Public Health and Community Medicine University of New South Wales, Australia.
	Thirteen academic staff members participated in the interactive workshop. More importantly, staff members were made to identify suitable areas to incorporate elements of reflective practice. The activity was coordinated by the Medical Education Unit.
