Adhering to COVID-19 health guidelines, the inauguration ceremony for New entrants to the faculty of medicine was held on 5th of January in 2022 with the participation of The Deputy Vice Chancellor, the Deans of all Faculties of the University of Peradeniya. The event was graced by The Emeritus Professor Neelakanthi Rathnathunga who deliver with inspiring talk.
