Carlo Fonseka Challenge Trophy PSSL Physiology Undergraduate Quiz
The 2026 Physiological Society of Sri Lanka (PSSL) Carlo Fonseka Challenge Trophy Physiology undergraduate quiz, hosted by the Department of Physiology, Faculty of Medicine, University of Peradeniya was held on Saturday 27th June. This year's Quiz (Themed 'PSSL BigQ 2026: Tackle big questions in physiology!') deviated from the traditional quiz format: each team consisted of a mixed group of students from different faculties around the country, and they explored and discussed an answer to a complex question in physiology and presented their findings to the audience as a platform presentation, and each presentation was followed by a Q&A session based on its topic.
