ALL THE STUDENTS OF ABOVE BATCHES are kindly requested to :

1. Login to MOODLE using your password (as soon as possible)
2. Fill out the questionnaire online ( it takes only 5 minutes)
3. Submit it at the end (make sure you press the button 'submit')
