The university of peradeniya and the faculty of medicine is run on government grants distributed by the university grant commission. It is widely accepted both  by the government and the public that this funding is inadequate.

We seek the support of anyone willing  to help by way of donations

How could you do so?

You could contribute to;

1. The faculty of Medicine Endowment Fund for infrastructure Development (More than 2/3 of the faculty of medicine is housed in temporary building constructed over 50 years ago)
